Your Data, In Plain English
No legal jargon. Here is exactly what happens with your information when you use consuliq.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted in the EU). Assessment results, conversation history, and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest.
Who has access
Only you. Your employer cannot see your data. Our team can access anonymised, aggregate data for product improvement — never individual records.
Does it train AI?
Your conversations are NOT used to train AI models. We use Claude (by Anthropic) for coaching — your data is processed but not retained by the AI provider.
How deletion works
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We keep nothing.
GDPR compliance
consuliq. is fully GDPR compliant. You have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your data. Contact team@consuliq.com for any request.
What we share
Nothing. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Period.
How We Handle Bias
Our scoring system analyses your career context using AI. Like all AI systems, there are limitations:
- We do not use your age, gender, ethnicity, or disability status in scoring calculations.
- However, AI can reflect biases present in the labour market data it learns from. A role that historically excluded certain groups may show artificially low demand for those groups.
- We actively work to identify and correct these biases. If you believe a score doesn’t reflect your reality, use the ‘Report inaccuracy’ button on any tool output.
- Our scoring methodology is reviewed quarterly by our team, including Dr. Nadia Kovac (Head of Psychology).
